See point 4 and double check that your installer has appllied for grid permissions with local District Network Operator (DNO) as if they haven't or have but have applied for wrong type of permission i.e. G98 permission where the system installed is over 5kw 16A single Phase and a G99 permission should have been applied for then it is feasible that the DNO could have switched off their feed in supply.
