If a small system, check number of panels in array and the panel voltage. Might be that the combined panel voltage is not enough to engage the inverter. If this is found to be the case advise client to get back in contact with the original installer and advise them of this query. Simply put the system installed is not big or powerful enough to kick the inverter into life and either a smaller inverter needs to be installed or more panels. Not a VTAC issue
